Year two of the Chip Kelly era, Nick Foles and a some additions on the defensive side of the ball and Las Vegas still thinks the Eagles win total will drop in 2014. The opening 2014 odds say they're not all that impressed with the new talent general manager Howie Roseman and Kelly have added in Philadelphia.

The Eagles' win total for the upcoming season was set at 9, according to Bovada. This comes on the heels of a 10-6 campaign that ended with the Eagles winning seven of their last eight games and featured a breakout season with 27 touchdowns from quarterback Nick Foles.

Still, the oddsmakers like the Eagles to win what appears to be a very average NFC East - their nine wins makes them a 3/2 favorite to win the division for the second straight season.

Immediately after the draft, Bovada had the Eagles pegged as 25/1 to win next year's Super Bowl.

But based on the number-crunchers at Football Outsiders, lean towards the over on the Eagles' win total. FO has the Eagles finishing the regular season 10-6 in 2014.

As for Vegas, here are their opening lines on the 2014 season:

NFC East Win Totals
Philadelphia Eagles: 9 Wins
New York Giants: 8 Wins
Dallas Cowboys: 8 Wins
Washington Redskins: 7½ Wins

Odds to Win NFC East:
Philadelphia Eagles: 3/2
New York Giants: 11/4
Dallas Cowboys: 13/4
Washington Redskins: 4/1
