Did you miss the Sports Bash or do you just want to listen to it again?

The Sports Bash ON DEMAND gives you the chance to go back and hear what you missed.  Its the Sports Bash with Mike Gill and Todd Ranck.

Here is today’s show: Thursday May 10th, 2012.

Who stays, who goes?

Mike Gill and Todd Ranck open the show up with a little game of "Who Stays/Who Goes," if you had to pick one: Phillies GM Ruben Amaro, Jr or Manager Charlie Manuel?  Listeners called in and texted our text board with their thoughts, and the split was 50/50.  A few called in and said both need to go, but that's not the game now isn't it?  Many of the callers against Amaro cited his trade of Cliff Lee to Seattle and the contract he gave to 1B Ryan Howard.  As always you can text the show yourself: text the word ESPN and your message to the number 40301.

Todd Zolecki talks closed door meeting

Todd Zolecki, Phillies beat reporter for MLB.com, called in and discussed the closed-door meeting Charlie Manuel had last night after the game.  He also talks about the impact of the three AAA players who were just called up this afternoon: RP Jake Diekman, Raul Valdes, Hector Luna.  Todd Zolecki covers the Phillies for MLB.com.

A Bulls perspective

Had our good buddy Nick Friedell, ESPN 1000, call in and help preview a huge Game 6 tonight in Philadelphia.  He stressed the importance of containing PG Jrue Holiday who has struggled much of this series.  One important thing: the Bulls are viewing this game as a Game 7 for the Sixers because they feel optimistic they can win the series with a Game 7 in Chicago.  Taj Gibson expects to play, Joakim Noah remains a game time decision.  Nick Friedell covers the Chicago Bulls for ESPN Chicago and ESPN 1000.  Follow him on Twitter.

Tom Moore talks 76ers

Sixers beat reporter for phillyburbs.com called in and previewed Game 6 from the 76ers side.  He said Taj Gibson is huge tonight if the Bulls expect to win.  Looking forward, Moore thinks the Sixers need to change this group of players regardless of how far the team goes.  "The group is flawed and Rod Thorn will not get snowed by this."  Tom Moore's gut feeling: "if the game is close, the Bulls will a force a pivotal Game 7."  Tom Moore covers the Philadelphia Sixers for Calkins Newspapers and phillyburbs.com.  Follow him on Twitter.

Mark Mulder talks Phillies

Baseball Tonight and former Oakland Athletics pitcher Mark Mulder called in and told us just exactly what happens in closed door meetings.  As a former pitcher, Mulder isnt all concerned with Roy Halladay and doesn't see it continuing throughout the season.  Mulder believes that if the Phillies do indeed become sellers at the trading deadline, Cole Hamels could be the candidate to go.  Mark Mulder pitched 8 years in MLB and was a 2x All-Star selection with the A's.

The Phillies are flawed?

Mike Gill opens up the 5:00 hour saying the closed door meeting has come too late, rather it should have been held in Spring Training.  Roy Halladay and Cliff Lee can't pitch 8 innings like they used to and their bullpen has been giving away games before getting to a potential Johnathan Papelbon save.  Also, Mike went back through a list of Ruben Amaro trades/signings and gave his opinion, along with your opinion on each.
