The NBA announced on Monday that 76ers forward Arnett Moultrie has been suspended five games for violating the NBA's drug policy.

It's not the best time for a player like Moultrie to be suspended, he's been up and down from the Developmental League all season long with conditioning issues.

It remains unknown as for which drug Moultrie tested positive for, but an automatic five game suspension is handed out for a positive test of marijuana.

The Sixers acquired Moultrie from Miami in exchange for a non-lottery future first round pick.
