If you didnt think The Masters was the best golf tournament before this weekend, think again.

Every year at this time at Augusta National story lines pop up and controversy is created.

This weekend was no different.

China's Guan Tianlang, a 14-year old amateur player made the cut at The Masters and took home the Silver Cup after being penalized one stroke for slow play.

On Saturday golf fans across the country woke up to news that Tiger Woods had been penalized two strokes for a 'bad drop' on the 15th hole after hitting a shot into the water.

Couple these two things with a two-hole playoff that saw Adam Scott take home his first major championship and the first Masters victory for the country of Australia.
