Andy Reid: “I Am Going to Name Foles the Starter”

Coach Andy Reid announced at Monday's press conference that Michael Vick has been benched for Nick Foles.

"Mike (Vick) still hasn't passed the test, explained Reid.  "I am going to name Foles the quarterback for the remainder of the season."

Vick's health is no longer a consideration, though he supposedly still hasn't been cleared to return - though Reid explained that Vick took the news well.  Reid said Foles has improved his foot work and now gives the team a chance to win games and deserves the chance to be evaluated the rest of the season.
