We've heard the boos directed at Santa, the batteries thrown at J.D. Drew and most recently some kid had to be tased while running onto the field.

Now we have tough guys stealing home run balls away from elderly ladies.

It happened in the 8th inning of Sunday's getaway game against the Diamondbacks when Maikel Franco hit his first major league home run to left center field.

The ball landed in the flowerbeds just behind the wall in front of the elderly female fan and it was hers to take home until this guy stole the show --- and the ball.

This video was taken by the Diamondbacks broadcast where their crew was able to send her off with a compensatory t-shirt.

The "thief" was able to hold onto the baseball and almost certainly exchanged gifts and pleasantries with Franco in the Phillies clubhouse.
