There will be something for everyone on August 3rd, when more than a dozen fitness organizations will "team up to provide the most diverse fitness experience of the summer". We invited some of those organizers into our Admiral Nissan Studios to find out more about the summer event, which has everything from yoga, power-lifting and cardio training to basketball and beach volleyball.

The stadium formerly known as "The Sandcastle" is also getting into shape for an upcoming baseball tournament that will host some of the best teams from all over the Atlantic coast. We spoke to Mike Gill for the latest in local summer baseball, and how Atlantic City's premier outdoor stadium will once again be front and center for the Mid-Atlantic Regionals.

One local high school football coach is pushing past the doldrums of the summer by organizing offseason activities with his team. Find out why Egg Harbor Township head coach Tony DeRosa says July is a critical month for his team's development.

While two local athletes are preparing for their senior seasons, they've also made some big decisions regarding their future. Defensive tackle Antoine White will be chasing players in the backfield this year for Millville, but he's on his way to Penn State when his high school career comes to a close. Find out what went into his decision, and how the Nittany Lion coaching staff is successfully putting the program's blemishes well into the past.

And a local pitcher is headed to the "Big Easy" when his time on the pitcher's mound in Richland is done. We asked St. Augustine senior Zach Warren about his college choice, including the four major requirements that factored into his ultimate decision.
