The Eagles are looking to bounce back after their Week 5 loss to the Lions, while trying to snap a three-game losing skid to their NFC East rival; the Washington Redskins.

The Redskins are one of the worst team in football when it comes to stopping the run, giving up 5.1 yards per carry and 130 yards per game. ESPN.com NFL insider KC Joyner joined me on the Sports Bash and said the Eagles need to attack Washington on the ground to win the game:

"You can run the ball on this team," Joyner explained when asked about the best way to attack the Washington defense.

"The Eagles have guys who can hit some home runs, if I am Philadelphia, I am trying to hit as many home runs as possible, wear this team down with the run."

"I have feeling Philadelphia should just run the ball as early and often as possible, because Washington as not shown the ability to stop the run at all this year."
