Josh Hennig

Back in 2006 I started working in radio because I needed a job. A decade later, I can't imagine my life without radio in it! Working at 97.3 FM ESPN seems like the natural progression of my life as a radio professional combined with my passion for sports. I am the producer for shows, 'The Warm Up with Rich Quinones', 'The Sports Bash with Mike Gill', and 'The Locker Room with Billy Schweim'. I also host 'Sports Bash Saturday' and co-host 'Friday Night Live' along with being the voice of your daily morning South Jersey Sportscenter Updates. Behind the scenes is where I spend most of my days, the source of all the "radio magic" you hear on air. Before working here, I spent 9 years doing everything in the radio biz from production, hosting daily and weekend shows, to sales and operations management, along with play-by-play for local high school football and basketball. At the end of the day, when Mike Gill calls me a "Sports Geek" that title fits me very well. But off air, I am not so literal yet I do laugh a lot...listeners to The Sports Bash understand what I mean. Cheers!
