Wide receiver Chad Johnson is out of jail and out of a job this morning. Ochocinco was arrested on a domestic violence charge after his wife accused him of head-butting her during an argument over the weekend.

Fox Sports has the details, in the meantime, Johnson's attorney says the ex-Dolphin posted bond Sunday morning.

He also says a no-contact order has been issued that prevents Johnson from contacting his wife, Evelyn Lozada.

Such orders are common in domestic violence cases.

Police say Johnson, formerly known as Chad Ochocinco, was arrested Saturday after allegedly head-butting his wife during an argument in front of their Miami home.

Davie police Capt. Dale Engle said the argument started when Lozada confronted Johnson about a receipt she had found for a box of condoms.

Johnson and Lozada were married last month after Johnson proposed in November 2010 with a massive 10-carat diamond ring. Lozada stars on VH’s series Basketball Wives.

The AP is also confirming that Johnson has been cut by the Dolphins. The outspoken wideout had been trying to make a comeback of sorts in South Beach.
