Bounties in Hockey? Rick Tocchet Weighs-in on The Sports Bash

With the recent bounties with the NFL Saints, we asked former Flyers star and current CSN Philly Flyers pre and post game analyst Rick Tocchet if the sport of hockey also has bounties.
