In the Eagles 27-24 win on Sunday, they had a 14-0 leading heading into the 4th quarter before the Giants offense erupted for 21 unanswered Points.  The Eagles had to fight to stay in the game before getting the chance to win thanks for Jake Elliott's 61-yard Field Goal.  They got the win despite Fletcher Cox, Jordan Hicks, and Darren Sproles all going down with injuries in the first half.

Eagles Linebacker Nigel Bradham joined Rich Quinones on Monday and discussed how the Eagles overcame adversity to get the win over their NFC East rivals:

“We kept facing adversity through out that game but we kept having guys step up and play tremendous roles as well in the game like Mychal Kendricks made tremendous plays in that game, Patrick Robinson made plays, Rasul Douglas stepped up.  So we just continue to have guys step up and just put that chip on their shoulder like it’s not going to be any fall off, it was pretty much as a group we are going to win this game no matter what, no matter what happens.  Maybe last year we don’t win that game, that’s something we have to go through I felt like and last year we went through those games last year and we were in close games like that and in those situations we couldn’t close.  But we found a way to close this time and that was a big growth in us as a team.”
