PHILADELPHIA (973espn.com) - For the second time in three weeks, Eagles starting right guard Brandon Brooks was a late scratch due to illness in advance of the team’s game against the Washington Redskins at Lincoln Financial Field.

Brooks practiced with no issues all week and fell ill on Sunday morning. He was also hospitalized briefly before Philadelphia played the Green Bay Packers game two weeks ago because of an illness.

As expected, the Eagles are also missing wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, who missed practice all week with an abdomen/oblique injury.

The other inactives Sunday were running back/kick returner Kenjon Barner, linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill, offensive lineman Dillon Gordon, offensive lineman Halapoulivaati Vaitai, and defensive tackle Taylor Hart.

It was the first time all season that Barner, who is averaging 31.4 yards per kick return, was a healthy scratch.

Rookie Isaac Seumalo started at right guard in place of Brooks and Josh Andrews is dressed as the interior backup on the OL.

With Green-Beckham on the shelf, the Eagles will go with four wide receivers: the returning Jordan Matthews, Nelson Agholor, Paul Turner, and Bryce Treggs.
