Buena Regional’s New Field is Taking Shape
It is finally springtime and that means it's starting to look a lot greener all across South Jersey, especially over in Buena.
The crew from Tuckahoe Turf Farms is working hard on Buena Regional's brand new football field, which the school won last year as part of a contest we ran throughout the high school football season.
Cedar Creek and
Millville in the final voting for the new field,
Delsea and
Absegami were also in the running.
Jonathan Caputo says work on the field is getting people in and around Buena talking about the fall already, and with a lot of players returning from last year's team, that's not such a bad thing.
