Will local wide out Ahmir Mitchell be playing his college ball in the Big 10?

He made visits to both Michigan and Ohio State this weekend and has offers on the table from Alabama, Rutgers, Florida State, Penn State and Notre Dame among the others that are interested in Mitchell.

The wide out is coming off a tremendous year where he caught 47 passes for 881 yards and 12 touchdowns, averaged 18.7 yards per catch.

Mitchell should be on of the top players in the Cape-Atlantic League this season and could be the second Mitchell playing division I football - his brother Damon, a sophomore, is playing wide receiver at Arkansas.
