Help is on the way for the Sixers.

Two Sixers are expected to have two lottery picks in the 2014 NBA Draft, with one selection being in the top three.

ESPN NBA Draft Insider Chad Ford released his third mock draft and it comes with some changes.

According to Ford, the Sixers will be drafting Kansas freshman Andrew Wiggins second overall and then adding Indiana power forward Noah Vonleh.

The Milwaukee Bucks will be selecting Kansas C Joel Embiid with their first overall pick.

This is all conjecture of course as the draft lottery and the pesky ping pong balls will ultimately decide the draft order.

The addition of Wiggins and Vonleh would be considered a great haul for the Sixers as they currently have Wiggins as the top selection on their draft board. Wiggins has all the potential to be a stud NBA player being compared to the likes of LeBron James in some publications.

Adding Vonleh to the front court would be a welcomed addition along side Nerlens Noel who is expected to return next season after his ACL injury.

In Ford's first mock draft, the Sixers were selecting Jabari Parker, but it is uncertain if he plans to enter the draft after his freshman season at Duke.
