Phillies left-handed pitcher Cliff Lee is on track to rejoin the Phillies' rotation after the all-star break on July 21 versus the Giants.  Lee will make what will be his final rehab start at High-A Clearwater on Monday, provided he doesn't have a setback.

The veteran left-hander allowed three earned runs over four innings Wednesday at High-A Clearwater in his second rehab start.

He has been out since mid-May because of a left elbow strain.

Lee might be on borrowed time here in Philly, with the Phillies in last place in the NL east, he could be the top pitcher moved before the July 31st deadline.

So Philies fans, do you want to see Cliff Lee traded?
