Cole Hamels: “I Just Want to Win”

For months we have been hearing Cole Hamels name in trade talks.

Would he be heading to LA, San Diego, St. Louis, Texas or Boston?

Well, Phillies pitchers and catchers report tomorrow, Hamels is still here and he doesn't seem to happy about it. While he didn't demand a trade, Hamels acknowledged to USA Today's Bob Nightengale that he would like the Phillies to trade him.

“I want to go to a place where I can win again,” Hamels told Nightengale. “I know it’s not going to happen here.”

Hamels is scheduled to speak to the media on Saturday.
