That didn't take long.

According to reports, DeSean Jackson has agreed to terms with the Washington Redskins on a 3-year deal.

Moreover, the move was confirmed by Jackson himself in an (you guessed it) Instagram post.

Jackson was at Redskins Park on Monday and Tuesday this week meeting with head coach Jay Gruden and taking part in team meetings before leaving the complex without a contract signed.

The amount of guaranteed money is not yet known, but Jackson is expected to sign the contract Wednesday morning.

Ian Rapoport tweeted that the 49ers made a late run at Jackson, but were unable to meet his financial demands due to their salary cap situation. The Redskins have just $6.5 million in cap space so contract details regarding signing bonuses, etc will be tricky.

Jackson will now face his former team twice per season with presumably one or both of those games broadcasted on national television.

Jackson was released by the Eagles last Friday due to various unconfirmed reasons.
