Domonic Brown is scheduled to resume baseball-related activities on Tuesday afternoon.

"I'm getting tired of just sitting here and not doing [anything], to be honest with you," Brown told reporters on Sunday. "It's tough watching [our] games."

Brown has been shut down since the beginning of September with mild tendinitis in his right Achilles tendon and hasn't played since Sunday.

With the Phillies out-of-contention there is no reason to rush him back.

The 25-year-old outfielder is batting .275/.321/.519 with 27 home runs and 80 RBI.
