While the Sixers had interest in moving in to the top five of the draft, they were unwilling to part with Dario Saric, according to Ian Begley of ESPN.

Teams may have asked for Saric in return, but the Sixers didn't budge, instead choosing to continue to build around the 6-foot-10 Croatian forward, who saw his three-point percentage rise from 31% as a rookie to 39% in his second season.

The 24-year old appears to be a big part in what the Sixers are building, but while they would give him up to move into the top five of the draft, they may have to include him in a deal if they have their sights set on a deal with San Antonio involving Kawhi Leonard.

Maybe the deal the Sixers made with Phoenix, where the Sixers landed a 2021 unprotected first-round pick could be something that interests the Spurs and keeps Saric in Philadelphia.
