PHILADELPHIA (973espn.com) - Joe Douglas continued to put his stamp on the Eagles' personnel department Friday, bringing in four additions.

The organization hired Ian Cunningham as the team’s director of college scouting, T.J. McCreight as a player personnel executive, Brandon Brown as the club’s assistant director of pro scouting, and Matt Holland as a pro scout. In addition to that Trey Brown, who was interviewed by Buffalo for its GM job earlier this offseason, was promoted to player personnel executive college/pro.

Other changes include Jim Ward being named the team’s Midwest area scout, and Katie David being named football operations coordinator.

“We are extremely excited about our staff,” Douglas, the Eagles' vice president of player personnel, said. “The group’s collective passion, character, football knowledge, and experienced eye for talent are great assets to the organization and the personnel department.”

Cunningham, like Douglas and his right-hand man Andy Weidl, has a history with the Baltimore Ravens, spending the last nine seasons there. In Baltimore, Cunningham was hired as a player personal assistant in 2008 and was eventually promoted to Southeast area scout in 2013. In his final four seasons with the Ravens, Cunningham was primarily responsible for scouting schools in the Southeastern Conference and Atlantic Coast Conference.

McCreight has over two decades of NFL experience and was most recently the director of college scouting for the Indianapolis Colts from 2012-16. He began his NFL career in 1997 as an area scout for the Ravens and went on to spend eight years with the club. During his time in Baltimore, McCreight and Douglas worked together for five seasons (2000-04).

Brandon Brown spent the last two seasons with the Colts and previously worked at Boston College for two seasons as the school’s recruiting specialist (2013) and assistant director of player personnel (2014). He joined the NFL ranks as a scouting assistant with the Colts in 2015 and was promoted to advance scout in just his second season with the club.

Holland, meanwhile, worked in the personnel departments of the Cleveland Browns (2014-16), Washington Redskins (2012-14) and Miami Dolphins (2006-07).

Trey Brown previously held Cunningham's spot as the Eagles' director of college scouting and his new role expands his influence to professional players as well as college prospects.
