Geoff Mosher from Eagles Scouting Nest reports the Eagles have suspended their search for a personnel chief until after the NFL draft, meaning it looks like Howie Roseman will be the main man on draft day and in the free agent season.

Many have criticized Hoseman for not being a "football guy", but like most, he has had hits and misses. He took over as the general manager during the 2010 season, but many believe Andy Reid was still calling the shots - at least until the 2012 draft, Reid's final season in Philly.

That season offseason the Eagles added Fletcher Cox, Mychal Kendricks, and Vinny Curry in the draft. The detractors will point to picks like Marcus Smith, and if he did in fact has final say on Danny Watkins, and passing on Earl Thomas, moving up to draft Brandon Graham.

In 2013, Chip Kelly's first season, the Eagles took Lane Johnson, Zach Ertz and Bennie Logan.
