The Eagles added to their wide receiver core by selecting USC's Nelson Agholor with the No. 20 overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft.

Agholor is a dynamic playmaker on offense and special teams, Chip Kelly loves versatile players who can save roster spots.

"What your getting in Nelson Agholor is a guy who fits what Chip Kelly wants to do,"  said ESPN LA USC Trojans reporter Garry Paskwietz on the Sports Bash.  He came here to USC and really produced at a very high level. "

A two-year starter for the Trojans, Agholor wasn't mentioned with the top names in this draft, but posted solid numbers during his tenure in LA, securing 179 catches for 2,571 yards (14.4 YPR) and 20 TDs.  He figures to play outside in the old Jeremy Maclin role with similar size and skill set to Maclin.

"He's a guy who just consistently produced," Paskwietz said.  "104 catches, 12 touchdowns, that's a guy that's showing up every week, that's a guy Chip wants a guys who's pretty consistent."

Agholor exceptional quicks and burst and was devastating after the catch in college and could be a explosive threat in the Eagles offense.

"He is what Chip Kelly wants," Paskwietz said.  "A guy who can make plays with the ball in his hands."
