PHILADELPHIA (973espn.com) - The Eagles signed their five-man draft class two days before rookie minicamp is set to begin at the NovaCare Complex.

Signing draft picks has become a formality in the NFL since the 2011CBA essentially slotted rookie salaries.

Those signed to typical four-year rookie deals Wednesday, including tight end Dallas Goedert, cornerback Avonte Maddox, defensive end Josh Sweat, and offensive linemen Matt Pryor and Jordan Mailana.

Goedert, the team's second-round pick out of South Dakota State, is projected to get a contract worth up to $5,624,347, with a signing bonus of $2,170,304 and a cap hit of $1,022,609 for 2018 via Spotrac.

The rest of the projected cap hits for 2018 are as follows:

Avonte Maddox: $632,255

Josh Sweat: $561,198

Matt Pryor: $502,588

Jordan Mailata: $502,349
