The Eagles got one key player back heading into their Week 3 game against the Indianapolis Colts when Carson Wentz was cleared to play. However, there are still six players that are listed on their injury report Wednesday, four of them that did not practice. Most notably, starting running back Jay Ajayi, who sat out because of a back injury suffered last week in Tampa.

Also sitting Wednesday were running back Darren Sproles, and linebackers D.J. Alexander and Nate Gerry.

"Both of them are day to day," Pederson said in regards to Ajayi and Sproles.  "Darren is a little bit longer. Jay is day to day. We'll see where he is at the end the week. That's kind of where we are with those two guys."

Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and left tackle Jason Peters were the two other players on Philadelphia’s injury report. Jeffery been there since extensive shoulder surgery this offseason.  Coach Doug Pederson said today  that Jeffery was "a lot like Carson was a couple weeks ago being able to get back into the mix and do some 11-on-11 stuff."

"This will be a big week in that regard," Pederson added.

While Peters did not practice, Pederson did say he would play on Sunday..
