Digital Sales Specialist
Townsquare Media (New Jersey – Atlantic City and Trenton) is searching for a Digital Sales Specialist that will monetize all of our digital experiences by creating value and delivering results for our advertising partners while insuring a positive experience for consumers and overall brand. This position must have a thorough understanding of all digital products offered and act as the digital media resource and consultant to our client base.

The DSS will be accountable for all digital sales initiatives and revenue goals and will work closely with the Director of Digital Sales to create unique and valuable cross-platform programs to generate results for our clients and repeatable revenues. These digital initiatives include display, streaming, custom sites, loyalty programs, e-commerce, etc. In addition, this candidate will partner with the Digital Production Director to develop creative for clients that will generate new sales opportunities that leverage the brand and generate digital revenue. The DSS will be expected to sell the digital products to new clients and will be expected to hit a monthly revenue goal.

We require strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the presence to enhance overall digital revenues while motivating our account executives. Three years of digital and overall sales experience necessary.

Promotions/Marketing Internships

Become a part of Townsquare Media’s team in Atlantic City. Network while building working relationships with local and national clients. This unique opportunity will allow you to develop skills that are important in establishing a successful and rewarding career while building resume experience! Our highly visible, fast-paced Promotions Department depends on energetic interns to support the functions of marketing to reflect the needs and wants of our target audiences. Interns will be responsible for learning the promotions, sales and production aspects of working at a radio group. Duties will include writing marketing proposals for upcoming promotions, maintaining station vehicles, promotional deliveries, updating the winner database, formulating special contests and promotional ideas, helping in event management and live broadcasts and researching possible promotional ideas.

The internship is an unpaid position, and candidates must be receiving college credits. We require an 8-hour per week commitment from our interns. Also, we ask that interns also attend AT LEAST 1, if not more remotes each week.

Advertising/Business Internships

Learn the behind the scenes of our advertising and business department! Duties will include assisting the sales manager in preparing sales meetings, assisting in creating digital initiatives, prepare client presentations including hard copy and/or powerpoint, research client product categories, organize station presentations and research files, prospect in clients and advertisers, and maintain account database.

The internship is an unpaid position, and candidates must be receiving college credits. We require an 8-hour per week commitment from our interns.
