The Eagles will not be at 100 percent attendance beginning OTAs this week, according to CSN Philly.

Veteran guard Evan Mathis was a no-show as mini camps got started this week, marking the third time he has skipped the Eagles' offseason conditioning program.

Mathis is not required to participate until the mandatory phase begins on June 16th, but it's no secret that the Pro Bowl guard is unhappy with his current contract situation. According to previous reports, the Eagles did grant Mathis and his agent permission to seek a trade during the offseason, but there were no takers.

Eagles head coach Chip Kelly and the Eagles have taken on a "next man up" philosophy and no doubt this will ring true during the time Mathis misses.

The likes of Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly should see more playing time in his absence.
