Flyers Announce Alumni Game
It wont have the same appeal as their Winter Classic game, but it'll be just as fun.
The Philadelphia Flyers announced a special alumni game to celebrate their affiliation with the Reading Royals.
The team will gather it's alumni on February 5th at 7 p.m. at the Santander Arena in Reading which will feature representation from each decade of Flyers hockey.
Legends taking part in this special game include: Danny Briere, Bob Clarke, Ray Allison., Paul Holmgren, Bob Kelly, Brad Marsh and Dave Poulin.
The Reading Royals have been the ECHL affiliate of the Flyers since 2014, which allowed the organization a minor league system that's based entirely in the state of Pennsylvania.
A full roster of alumni will be announced closer to the date of the alumni game.
