(973espn.com) - Four Jacksonville Jaguars players were detained in London early Saturday morning after being accused of trying to run out on a significant bar bill.

The London-based Sun tabloid reported that the players were alleged to have attempted to leave the London Reign Showclub before settling a £50,000 (about $65,000 American) tab.

“Officers attended and spoke with a group of males who had allegedly been attempting to leave the venue without paying a large bill,” the London Metropolitan Police said in a statement. “Four men aged in their twenties were subsequently arrested on suspicion of fraud by false representation and taken to a central London police station for questioning. They were all subsequently released with no further action.”

The team did not identify which players were detained but an NFL source told 973espn.com that some members of the team's starting secondary were involved in the incident. Two members of the typical secondary are injured right now, however.

"We are aware that four of our players were detained over restitution of a bill. The matter is being resolved and the players are with the team. Any discipline will be handled internally,” The Jaguars said in a statement.

Unless Jacksonville hands out any internal suspension, each healthy player involved should be available to coach Doug Marrone on Sunday morning.

NGATA IS BACK

Eagles defensive tackle Haloti Ngata tweeted early Sunday morning that "I'm baaack," a clear indication that the 34-year-old veteran plans to play Sunday morning after missing the previous three games with a calf injury.

Philadelphia has been shorthanded on the interior of the defensive line next to Fletcher Cox without Ngata and Tim Jernigan, who has not played this season and remains on the NFI list after undergoing offseason back surgery. The unproven Treyvon Hester and Bruce Hector, who have both spent time on the practice squad, were the team's top two DTs after Cox against Carolina last week.

The Eagles inactive players for Jacksonville are: QB Nate Sudfeld, CB Sidney Jones, S Corey Graham, RB Darren Sproles, LB Nathan Gerry and O-linemen Jordan Mailata and Matt Pryor.
