"I've got a lot of problems with you people, and you're going to hear about it!"

That was the infamous line from Frank Costanza in the Seinfeld Christmas themed episode where the fictional holiday "Festivus" was born.

It is celebrated on December 23rd, two days before the actual Christmas holiday and involves an aluminum pole in place of a Christmas tree, as well as the al important "airing of grievances."

So as we circle it back to Philadelphia sports, it's time to air some grievances from the year that was 2015.

First and foremost, Chip Kelly the general manager is at the top of my list as far as grievances are concerned.

When Kelly was named GM of the Philadelphia Eagles last off season, you could of predicted it backfiring to a degree.

Boy has it ever.

-Nick Foles, 2nd round pick for Sam Bradford.
-LeSean McCoy for Kiko Alonso.
-DeMarco Murray $20 million guaranteed.
-Byron Maxwell $63 million contract.
-Not drafting an offensive lineman since Lane Johnson in 2013.
-Letting Jeremy Maclin walk in free agency.

Not many transactions Kelly made in the offseason could be considered a success. The signings of Walter Thurmond III, Ryan Mathews and even Caleb Sturgis can be deemed a success. Other than that, Kelly being the named the general manager and severely overhauling a 10-6 team from just one year ago has been a failure.

So there are far more grievances to air on the state of Philadelphia sports, it is a dire time for all four sports teams in the area with not much immediate hope coming for 2016.

On to 2018 we go
