It appears that Sixers center Spencer Hawes  "appears on target" to return on Wednesday.  After playing three-on-three on Monday and will start by playing about 20-25 minutes per game.

Hawes has been out of the Sixers line-up for about a month with Achilles issues, but this great news for a Sixers team that definitely needs him back in the starting lineup.  In just 14 games this season, Hawes is averaging 10.5 points, 8.3 rebounds and almost three assists per game.

The Sixers are missing his size and ability to draw defensive centers out of the paint, he will be a welcomed addition, but his absence as also added depth to the roster.  In his absence, Nikola Vucevic and Lavoy Allen have gained valuable experience.
