With all 32 teams at the NFL Combine this week, conversations are happening among Front Office executives; one of the trade rumors that have emerged is potential of Brandin Cooks being traded to the Eagles.  Furthermore, Alex Marvez of SiriusXM NFL Radio and The Sporting News thinks Eagles could acquire Cooks for a 2nd round pick.  Also, the New Orleans Saints were second worst NFL team in 2016 Points Against (28.4 per game) and ranked worst team in Total Passing Yards Allowed (4,380).  So the Saints could have interest in acquiring Mychal Kendricks and/or Connor Barwin, two Eagles defensive players whose named have come up in trade rumors this offseason.

USA Today Eagles Wire Reporter Turron Davenport joined Mike Gill on Friday to discuss the latest on Eagles and Brandin Cooks:

"You got a team in the Eagles that’s looking for a guy that’s an impact player. And apparently according to the report by Alex Marvez a second round pick and maybe some help on the defensive side of things could get Brandon Cooks. So you look at a guy like a Michael Kendricks, a guy like a Connor Barwin, in New Orleans they need pass rushers....Connor Barwin can go down there and be effective as rusher for them so he’s someone that can be a possible trade. I think its something that can definitely work out we just have to see how it plays out....At the end of the day (Brandin Cooks is) a playmaker they can do a lot with in their offense and he stretches the field...a guy who is already an impact player, a guy who had back to back thousand yard seasons, a guy who is young, he’s younger then Carson Wentz”
