Now that Cole Hamels will be here for the next 6 years, and Jon Heyman came out with a report saying that the Phillies will not trade Cliff Lee, Mike and Todd ask the question: Can this Big 3 win a World Series together?

Over/Under Olympic Men's Basketball Team

The 2012 Summer Olympics have begun and the USA Men's Basketball team looks to defend their Gold Medal they won in 2008.  Mike and Todd go over a list of over/unders of margin of victory, points per game, assists per game and rebounds per game.  Will LeBron James average more PPG than Michael Jordan did in 1992?  Who will average more APG: Magic Johnson or Chris Paul?

Chris Dimino talks Phillies/Braves

Our good buddy, Chris Dimino from 790 The Zone in Atlanta called in and previewed this weekend's series.  Dimino knows that with the Phillies getting hot like this (8-3 in last 10) it's not a good thing for anyone.  There's not a great team in the National League and the Braves do not want the Phillies to think that they are in a race.  The Braves have won two consecutive games, but are 5-5 in their last ten.  It's Cole Hamels vs. Ben Sheets tonight.

Ryan Messick checking from Eagles Training Camp LIVE from Lehigh University.  The full squad has reported, with no holdouts and will begin hitting with pads tomorrow.  On Brent Celek: Both Coach Reid and Celek are not too worried about his MCL injury as it will only keep him out for about a week.  Messick also talks about the Eagles safety battle including OJ Atogwe and Kurt Coleman.  As always, you can read all of Ryan Messick reports from Training Camp on our website.

Ruben Amaro on SVP

Phillies GM Ruben Amaro, Jr was on The Scott Van Pelt Show yesterday and talked about the position his team in in heading into July 31st Trading Deadline.  Amaro knows he has a championship caliber team, but wonders if they can get back in it after digging themselves in such a big hole the first half of the season.  Amaro also talked about the process it was to re-sign Cole Hamels.  It started back in 2011 Spring Training and when it got down to it, they were able to go to their limits and "fortunately" it worked out.
