I’m running & fundraising for the St. Jude Rock N Roll Half Marathon again this year in Nashville, TN!  I grabbed Josh Henning, who is a personal trainer, to help me with my runs!

Stretching and working out other muscles is super important while training for a half marathon – or any kind of run.
