January: New Year, new goals! Need some inspiration to start the year off right?

-Buy a new water bottle and track how much you consume daily!
-Eat breakfast EVERY DAY.
-Bring two healthy snacks to work with you each day, such as nuts and fruit or a Greek yogurt with granola.
-Commit to exercising at least 3 times a week, both cardio and weight bearing exercises.
-Break down your bigger goals into smaller ones. Make them specific and realistic!
-Try to cook more at home and eat out less.
-Limit screen time as much as possible.
-Try one new recipe each week!
