One of the highlights of the Eagles match-up with the Rams in Los Angeles is the showdown of the top two picks in the 2016 NFL Draft: Jared Goff and Carson Wentz.  To start their careers, Wentz has thrown 45 Touchdowns and 6,787 Passing Yards in 28 games while Goff has tallied 25 Touchdowns and 4,273 Passing Yards in 19 games.  Heading into NFL Week 14 both Quarterbacks rank Top Ten in the league in Passing Touchdowns and Passer Rating along with Top Five in Passing Yards per Completion.

ESPN.com NFL Insider KC Joyner joined The Sports Bash on Friday discussing the two top Quarterback prospects of the 2016 NFL Draft:

"They both throw good vertical passes - Jared Goff ranks Ninth in the league in Yards Per Attempt on Vertical Passes and Wentz is 13th but Wentz leads the league in Vertical Touchdown passes; he has 14 vertical touchdown passes, (impressive) for a second year QB to do that especially with a turnaround in the receiving core.  Eagles haven’t exactly faced all cream puff defenses; (Wentz and Goff) are both good vertical passers but Wentz relies on the vertical passing more."
