It's the opening round of the NJSIAA state playoffs, but in Non-public II, it's a local rivalry and bragging rights when St. Joe's hosts Holy Spirit in Hammonton.

The Wildcats have just one Cape-Atlantic League loss this season, an opening night loss to St. Augustine. Holy Spirit is a young team, with a new coach and is just 4-4 on the season.

The Wildcats are led by duo of running back A'Laam Horne, 1,029 yards and who has 15 touchdowns and quarterback Salaam Horne who has 892 yards rushing yards and 13 touchdowns.  Holy Spirit likes to keep it on the ground with Reggie Jean-Charles and Justin Figueroa.

Holy Spirit lost 21-6 to Oakcrest last week, St. Joe's beat Ocean City 35-0.

It’s a battle between the two Cape-Atlantic League teams, and will be the final time the teams will meet as CAL rivals, making it a very entertaining game.

Mike Gill and Dave O'Sullivan will have the call at 1pm from Bill Bendig Field in Hammonton.
