The crown jewel of this year's NFL Draft, at least for Chip Kelly if you're running in certain circles, is Oregon's Marcus Mariota.

The prized draftee is expected to go early, and some have been speculating for months that Chip Kelly will maneuver the Eagles into a position where they'll land Chip's guy.
