The Cape-Atlantic League has announced it's plan for re-alignment for the next two football seasons, and they are as followed:

American - Holy Spirit, Hammonton, St. Joe's, Millville, Atlantic City, EHT, Oakcrest, Absgami, Mainland

National - Lower Cape May, Bridgeton, St. Augustine Prep, Vineland, Buena, Ocean City, Cedar Creek, Middle Twp, Pleasantville

The criteria used was as followed:

1. NJSIAA power points for 2010 and 2011 for each school.

2. The power points were added together for both years and then the teams were ranked. 1-9 in American Conference and 10-18 in National Conference.

3. No public plays 3 non-public's and Thanksgivings stay intact and everyone gets a full schedule.

4. Cross-over is school in same position in other Conference, for competitive balance.

(Ex. Team one in the American, Holy Spirit would play team one in the National, Lower Cape May)

5. No team was moved arbitrarily.
