The Eagles need some help still to make the playoffs, and they might need to do it without the services of Nick Foles.

Foles left the game in the fourth quarter of the game against Washington with what is being called a chest injury, and is questionable to return.

Third-string quarterback Nate Sudfeld is in the game for the Eagles at quarterback and threw his first NFL touchdown to Nelson Agholor with 7:34 left in the game.

At one point in the game, Foles tied an NFL record with 25 straight completions.

Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the teams believe Foles has bruised ribs and will be ready to play if the Eagles advance to the playoffs.
