According to Eagles coach Chip Kelly in his day after Press conference, quarterback Nick Foles is still not ready and will not play in the game Saturday against Washington.

"Nick is not healed, he is out this week," Kelly stated at the opening of his press conference. "He is not cleared, he will not play this week.  It is not healed, until it is fully healed he will not play, he will throw more this week, but can't take hits."

Foles suffered a broken collarbone in Sunday's Week 9 win at Houston and has been out six games now and with Mark Sanchez struggling, many have wondered if Foles would get his job back when he is ready to go.  After posting a ridiculous 27:2 TD:INT ratio across 13 games and 10 starts last season, Foles took a step back before getting hurt.
