Nick Foles will start the Eagles week nine game at Oakland.  Foles has been fully cleared of his week seven concussion.

"I am [ready to play]," Foles said after practice yesterday. "I felt good out there today. It was great being out there with the team today. I feel great. I'm ready to go."

In his first four appearances this season, Foles completed 41-of-61 passes (67.2 percent) for 542 yards with six touchdowns and no interceptions. However, he noted that he "just didn't play well" in a 11-of-29, 80-yard performance in the loss to Dallas.
"I was [not] accurate on throws that I'm usually accurate on,' Foles explained.  "I still have confidence. One game is never going to define me."
