It seems the Philadelphia 76ers' ownership is well on its way to reaching a few goals established when the group took over about a year ago. Several key off-season moves, including the trade that brought Andrew Bynum to the City of Brotherly Love, have propelled season ticket sales.

According to the ownership group, if the team fails to sell any more season ticket packages between now and September 28 -- the day single game tickets go on sale -- they will still have sold more tickets than they did last year.

It's really an incredible turnaround for a team that struggled last year to pack the Wells Fargo Center on a consistent basis, despite having a much-improved team from the 2010 - 2011 season.

Remember, you can catch the Sixers in action in Atlantic City this fall. Boardwalk Hall will host an exhibition game between the Sixers and the Brooklyn Nets next month.
