The Phillies started Daniel Nava in right field in place of Michael Saunders due to a minor injury Saunders suffered two days prior.  However, by the game's end, Saunders ended up entering the game in right field for Nava.  Nava was jammed but happened to hit a ball just fair beyond the infield for a double.  On that play, Nava came up lame.

The Phillies announced Tuesday that they were placing Nava on the 10-day disabled list with a hamstring strain.

Taking Nava's place on the roster is reliever Adam Morgan.  The Phillies have three outfielders available on the 40-man roster in Roman Quinn, Nick Williams, and Dylan Cozens.  But, the Phillies seem intent on letting them continue to start at Triple-A.  It could be a sign that they do not expect this disabled list stay too long.

Depending upon who you ask, Howie Kendrick could begin a rehab assignment as soon as later this week.
