Miguel Rojas hit a first-inning home run off of Jake Arrieta, and Khalil lee hit a two-run single and the Miami Marlins held on for a 6-3 victory over the Phillies in the final game of their three game set on Sunday, spoiling Arrieta's Phillies debut.

The ex-Cubs ace, Arrieta lasted just four innings in his first game with Philadelphia since signing a three-year, $75 million contract with the Phillies last month. He settled in after the shaky first inning, over all he gave up three hit, walking two, and struck out five.

"I was erratic at first," Arrieta told reporters after the game. "Got through four innings, pretty crisp the last three. Very optimistic moving forward."

Overall he threw 74 pitches, 47 for strikes.

His next outing he will face the Tampa Bay Rays in St. Petersburg on Saturday.
