Exhale, people. For now at least.

Dom Brown, who was scratched Saturday after experiencing knee pain Friday, said that the bad wheel ailing him now wasn't the one that cost him a month in June.

Brown said by his locker that the issue that will keep him out for his second straight day Sunday is with his left knee, not the right knee that had him on the shelf from June 15 to July 16.

"It's a little sore right now," he said.

Charlie Manuel said Saturday that Brown had told him of the pain after the Phils' 4-2 winner in Washington series opener Friday, prompting the Saturday scratch. Brown had started all 23 of the games the Phillies have played since being called up  July 31.

When asked if he could've started today if he had to, Brown said, "Yeah, for sure."

But it's not as if the troubles are entirely behind him. Brown said he's actually taking pain medication for that right knee, though he didn't specify how long he's had to or how long he plans to.

Something to keep an eye on, for sure.
