The Phillies have finalized their Opening Day roster for the 2013 regular season.

The club made the following transactions today: catcher Humberto Quintero had his contract selected; infielder Pete Orr, catcher Steven Lerud and right-hander Zach Miner were reassigned to the minor leagues; right-hander Michael Stutes was optioned to the minor leagues; outfielder Delmon Young was placed on the major league disabled list, retroactive to March 22 (right ankle surgery).

The Opening Day roster includes 12 pitchers, two catchers, six infielders and five outfielders.

Pitchers (12): Right-handers Mike Adams, Phillippe Aumont, Chad Durbin, Roy Halladay, Kyle Kendrick, Jonathan Papelbon, and left-handers Antonio Bastardo, Cole Hamels, John Lannan, Cliff Lee, Jeremy Horst and Raúl Valdes.

Catchers (2): Erik Kratz and Humberto Quintero.

Infielders (6): Kevin Frandsen, Freddy Galvis, Ryan Howard, Jimmy Rollins, Chase Utley and Michael Young.

Outfielders (5): Domonic Brown, Ender Inciarte, John Mayberry Jr., Laynce Nix and Ben Revere.

The Phillies are at 40 players on their 40-man roster.
