For Phillies fans hoping to see what free agent pick-up Chad Billingsley will add to the starting rotation this spring, looks like you're going to have to wait.  According to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com Billingsley is not expected to be game-ready for the Phillies until late April.

Billingsley has been limited to just two starts over the last two seasons following Tommy John and flexor tendon surgeries but is expected to join the Phillies rotation when he is healthy enough to return.

In his place you'll most likely see David Buchanan or Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez get those starts.  Buchanan gave up a run and five hits over two innings in his first start versus the Yankees on Tuesday.  As for Gonzalez, Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro said last week that he will be stretched back out as a starter this spring training.
