Philadelphia Phillies righty Vincent Velaszuez will come off the 10-day disabled list and start tonight against the Mets.

Velasquez hasn’t pitched since June 20, when he left after two innings pitched after being hit by a comebacker in the arm that put him on the 10-day disabled list.

The 26-year-old is 5-8 this season and owns a 4.69 ERA with 107 strikeouts in 88 1/3 innings this season.

His return follows an excellent outing from 22-year old Enyel De Los Santos, who the Phillies optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. De Los Santos gave up three runs on five hits, six strikeouts and three walks over 6 1/3 innings.

De Los Santos, who was acquired from the Padres over the winter for Freddy Galvis, has a 1.89 ERA in 95 1/3 innings this season at the Triple-A level.
